To start Ready-Call the Chairperson and participants all call the same 800# and enter a passcode (Participants will dial a 7-digit code, and Chairpersons will enter the same 7-digit code plus a 4-digit PIN).  Touch-tone controls allow the Chairperson several options: dial out, lecture mode, roll call, individual muting, etc.  (Upon activation each Chairperson will receive a "Welcome Kit" and a WALLET CARD to explain these functions.) 	Event services allow each conference to be customized. Services are reserved in advance, and specific instructions are noted by our Reservations Team. 	Callers dial directly into Teleconference.com's digital bridges and enter a pre-assigned passcode using a touch-tone phone. No operator is in attendance during this call, but help can be requested during the conference by calling our offices at (800) 624-6687, option 5. Benefit: Passcodes are only active at the times you request, so you will always be aware of the usage on your account.  This service is great for smaller users who do not have a consistent need for teleconferencing services. 	Participants in the U.S. and Canada dial into the teleconference via a toll-free number, or are dialed out by an operator.** Calls are monitored for quality during the entire meeting, and an operator is available for assistance at any time.
